When I began my career as an Aesthetician, I had a need to help people. I was interested in making people feel good not only on the outside but the inside too. Most of my services were very personal and close contact with clients. I offered Facials, Manicures, Pedicures, Waxing, Electrolysis, Makeup consultations and relaxation massages. It was always so rewarding for me to know that a client was leaving satisfied and, of course, relaxed!
I operated a small business on a busy Resort property for eight years. I met lots of people from all over. I thoroughly enjoyed my job and have many beautiful memories of the services provided and the friendships I gained.
There is one client that seemed to have a huge impact on me. She was in for a couple of services and had booked a back massage. While massaging her, I remember she told me she was awaiting results from a medical test and was quite worried. I remember having this “sense or feeling” to say a little prayer (quietly). I felt like I was pulsing energy into her and sending her healing vibes. We didn’t discuss it anymore, and she finished her service and went on her way.
A few days later, I received a call from the same lady, and she told me that she had just received her medical results, and everything came back clear. She said she didn’t know why she called me but felt she needed to share her good news with me.
I remember feeling so much joy and happiness for her. Little did I know that was the beginning of my future career as an energy healer.
